Customer Policies
Blue Collar Sunset is operated by Solo Services Group LLC. These policies explain the planned membership, billing, cancellations, downloads, and how customer information is handled.
Effective September 17, 2026Membership and Billing
The planned Blue Collar Sunset founding membership is $29 per month. The future standard price is expected to be $49 per month. No membership charge occurs until checkout is active and the customer intentionally completes a purchase.
When paid membership opens, the price, billing frequency, and included access will be displayed before payment. Recurring charges will continue monthly until canceled.
Cancellation
Members may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future recurring charges. Access may continue through the end of the already-paid billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout.
To request cancellation before a self-service billing portal is available, email soloservicesgroup3@gmail.com from the address used for the membership.
Refunds
Because the membership includes immediate access to downloadable digital resources, completed membership charges are generally non-refundable. If a duplicate charge, technical failure, or billing mistake occurs, contact us within 14 days so we can review and correct it.
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
Digital Resources
Templates and guidance are educational business tools. Customers are responsible for reviewing, customizing, and confirming that each file fits their business, trade, location, tax situation, contract requirements, and applicable laws.
Resources do not replace legal, tax, accounting, engineering, insurance, or licensing advice.
Privacy
We collect information that visitors voluntarily provide, such as an email address submitted to the founding list and information required to provide membership access or support.
Payment card information is handled by the payment processor and is not stored by Blue Collar Sunset. We do not sell personal information. We may use submitted information to provide requested services, send relevant launch or membership messages, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations.
Website Terms
Visitors may use downloaded templates for their own business operations. Files may not be resold, republished, distributed as a competing template library, or presented as someone else's original product.
The website and resources are provided in good faith without a guarantee of a particular financial or business result. Users remain responsible for bids, contracts, pricing, customer decisions, and business outcomes.
